Zesty Turkey Rotini
Calling all pasta lovers! This Peppy Turkey Rotini recipe is anything but basic. Ground turkey, pepperoni, and rich marinara sauce tossed over a bed of rotini for a flavorful dinner recipe the whole family will love.

Total Time – 1 Hour
Serving Size – 6 Servings

Ingredients
3 – cups whole grain pasta, such as rotini
1 – (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
2 – cups pasta sauce
2 – tablespoons tomato paste
1 – teaspoon granulated garlic
1 – teaspoon onion powder
1 – teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 – teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 – teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2 – teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 – (6-ounce) package HORMEL® Turkey Pepperoni slices
1 – cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
1) In large pot of salted water, cook pasta 12 to 15 minutes or until al dente, stirring occasionally; drain. Return pasta to same pot.
2) Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
3) Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14 to 16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
4) Add pasta sauce, tomato paste, garlic, onion powder, red pepper, oregano, basil, brown sugar and pinch salt. Stir until well combined and hot. Add to pasta; stir to coat.
5) Heat oven to 375°F.
6) Spoon turkey mixture into 9 x 13-inch baking pan, or six 1 1/2 cup capacity ovenproof dishes.
7) Arrange pepperoni over turkey mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
8) Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
